Here are some reasons why your customers may not receive push notifications and how to fix it.
1. Your customers don't have your card installed.
Only customers with the 'Card Status' of 'Installed' can receive push messages. Simply go to your 'Customers' section and check the 'Card Status'

If you notice that your customer's card status is 'not installed' (meaning they have signed up but have not installed their card), you can send them their unique card link and tell them to install their card found under the customers profile page.

2. Your customers have 'Automatic Updates' turned off on iOS devices
