Kiosk Mode automates the scanning process by instantly awarding points or stamps when a card is scanned, no manual input needed, making it faster and more efficient.
Login to the Scanner App
Click the menu icon top right. This will open the menu side bar. From here you will see the 'Kiosk mode' option.
If this is your first time using Kiosk Mode, scroll to Template Settings to define how many stamps or points are automatically awarded per scan. You’ll see a list of all your cards, where you can set rules for each one individually or disable them as needed.
Set up the Delay Between Repeated Operations to prevent duplicate accruals on the same card. This delay is measured in seconds, and we recommend setting it to a minimum of 10 seconds.
Once everything is set up, click the 'Start' button at the top of the page to enter Kiosk Mode.
Kiosk Mode is NOT available to the following cards: Stamp (expense mechanics, Products), Reward (expense mechanics, Products), Cashback, Discount, Gift.
Kiosk Mode is available to the following cards: Stamp card - Visit mechanics), Stamp card - stamp mechanics (Feature for stamp card: if "automatic reward write-off" is enabled in the template settings, then if the reward is written off when accruing a stamp, there will be a notification in the scanner about this), Reward card - Visit mechanics, Reward card (points mechanics), Multipass, Membership, Coupon.
Kiosk mode can be enabled by both the administrator and the manager.
Only the administrator (main access) can change the kiosk mode settings.
The manager can work in kiosk mode but does not have permission to change its settings.
