Follow a few simple steps to add/edit/delete manager (team member) profiles.
LoyaltyPal > Left-Hand Menu > Managers
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Managers screen.
To create a manager profile, click the Add Manager button found top right on the managers page.

This opens the Add Manager popup for the details of the manager to be recorded. Full out all the required fields marked with a *.

Location Field - All the created locations populate in this dropdown. You can skip this setting. The manager can service all cards created in the account.
Notes Field - Record any additional instructions in the Notes field.
Send access to email - In case you do not want to send access invitation to the manager via email, disable the Send access to email toggle.
Once the details are recorded, click the 'Add manager' button. This creates the manager profile and displays it in the Managers grid.

Upon landing on the Managers grid, click the pencil icon located at the end of the row for the manager whose profile you want to edit.

This opens the Edit Manager popup. Here, all the fields holding information are displayed in an editable view.
In this window, you can also specify accesses for the manager.

Grants access to view analytics related to income generated through cards, redemptions, and campaigns.
View Feedbacks statistics
Allows the manager to see customer feedback data submitted through cards (e.g., satisfaction ratings or reviews).
View Referrals statistics
Lets the manager view how many users came via referral programs and how referrals are performing.
View Customer profile statistics
Enables viewing engagement metrics per customer—visits, points earned/redeemed, and interaction history.
Template Permissions
View Templates
Allows viewing available card and communication templates
Edit Templates
Allows modifying or creating new templates for cards or communications.
View Customers
Lets managers see the customer list, profiles, and activity logs.
Edit Customers
Allows editing customer data like name, phone number, tags, birthday, or card status.
View Segments
Allows viewing customer groups based on filters like activity, points, visits, etc.
Edit Segments
Grants ability to create or modify dynamic segments for targeted campaigns.
View Operations
Grants access to logs of customer actions, like visits, accruals, redemptions.
Make Accruals
Allows manually issuing points, stamps, or rewards to customers.
View Mailings
Lets users view past or scheduled email and SMS campaigns.
Edit Mailings
Allows creating and sending email/SMS campaigns.
View Pushes
Lets users view scheduled or sent push notifications.
Edit Pushes
Allows sending or modifying push notifications.
View Locations
Allows viewing the list of geo locations and their details.
Edit Locations
Grants permission to add/edit/remove location data (addresses, contacts).
Once you have made the required changes, click the Save button. This saves the changes you made and closes the Edit Manager popup.

Upon landing on the Managers grid, find the manager whose profile you want to delete and click the Trash Icon.

You’ll then be asked to confirm your decision. Click “Remove” to proceed with deleting the manager, or select “Cancel”if you no longer wish to continue.
