We have released a new dashboard you can switch between each of them. Learn more about the new dashboard here.
The Dashboard gives you a clear overview of your key loyalty program metrics, including visits, customer activity, feedback, and referrals. Use it to track performance over time and understand how your loyalty programs are performing.
Starting off, the Visits card is displayed. It includes stats for the Total visits, Repeat customers, and Last Period. A count for each of these is displayed at the top.
By default, the time period is set to month. However, you can change it to Day, Month, Year, All Time, and Period (Custom Range) using the action buttons on the top-right corner.
Total visits – Total number of visits for the selected period
Repeat customers – Customers who made a second or subsequent visit in the selected period (counted by customers, not by visits)
The last period widget – Shows the number of visits during the previous equivalent period. For example, if the selected period is “month,” then Last period displays the number of visits from the month before that. This helps compare performance and track increases or decreases in customer activity.

On the right side of the graph are three more indicators that include Repeat customers, New members, and Referrals.
New Members – Customers who made their first visit during the selected period.
Referrals – Clients who installed the card via the referral link in the selected period

Hovering over a bar reveals a tooltip displaying the count for each indicator for the selected date. Each stat in this tooltip is colour-coded for easier identification.

You can learn more about calculating ROI in a separate article, at this link
Total transactions – The graph is built based on the number of transactions for each day in the selected period.

This section shows the Retention Rate graph. The graph displays the percentage of returning customers over selected time periods of 60, 120, or 240 days.
The retention rate shows how many customers returned during the current period compared to the previous one.
Retention Rate formula: Retention Rate = (C(repeat) / C(current)) × 100%
Where: C(repeat) is the number of customers who appeared in both the current and previous periods. C(current) is the total number of customers in the current period.

By default, retention rate for 60 days is displayed. However, you can change it to 120 and 240 using the action buttons at the top-right corner.
Hovering over a bar shows a tooltip with the retention rate for the current period and the previous period on the selected date. The retention rate for the current period is shown in blue, while the retention rate for the previous period is shown in orange.
This section includes a number of tiles to represent the satisfaction level of your customers. By default Month is selected, however you can change it to Day, Month, Year, All Time, and Period (Custom Range) using the action buttons at the top-right corner.
